About Karnany Resource Centre
Karnany is a resource centre providing services to both Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal people. Services include: information and referrals, emergency relief, financial literacy programs, NPAH housing support, an outreach location for Street Doctor, Strong Fathers Program and an outreach location for Aboriginal Alcohol and Drug Service.
